Where flexible production is concerned, Umformtechnik Stendal is equipped with a combined punching-laser machine and a laser system from the company Trumpf, as well as 3 CNC-controlled press brakes.

The punching-laser systems can be used to process medium and great format sheet metal panels and the press brakes boast press capacities ranging from 50 metric tons to 170 metric tons with a table length of 3600 mm.

In our flexible production area, we mainly manufacture small batches, prototypes and sample parts alongside products for our customers in the household and heating appliance industries. We then incorporate the knowledge that we acquire during the flexible production process into our large-scale production in our press shop and assembly area.
